It's not always that you need to go to an ophthalmologist when your eyes leave the trail or when the blurred vision start to blur out your path. Your eyes need pampering, hygiene, care since the day you born and even after you say goodbye to this life.

- If you are prescribed to wear glasses, don't brag to leave them for anything unless you are having a substitute.
- Sunglasses are perfect, fashion with prevention. Wear them whenever you go out to let the UV rays not pierce your eyes.
- Take a break from screens. We know you have accumulated your world into the screens but few minutes of escape from those screen would be blissful for your eyes.
- Don't handle any sort of problem with your eyes, don't use any eye drop unless prescribed.
- Stay hydrated and observe any sort of swelling go not let your eyes sink deep into your orbits.
